Purchasing an item through Breastfeeding Together’s Online Shop

When you purchase an item through our online shop, you are directly supporting an independent business, and our charity. Some items are sold through these independent Vendors; others will come directly from us at Breastfeeding Together. Each listing will have its own unique policies, processing times, delivery and returns. By making a purchase you are agreeing to these terms made by ourselves or the Vendor.


Are exchanges or replacements offered?

Breastfeeding Together will offer exchanges or refunds on faulty/damaded goods only.

Breastfeeding Together are not directly involved with all transactions between you (the customer) and independent Vendors, we will do our upmost to help resolve disputes if your order doesn’t go as expected. If you are looking to return an item or get a refund from an order please contact the Vendor directly. Each Vendor will have their own refund/returns policy. If you’re unable to resolve the issue together you can contact us at Breastfeeding Together. By contacting Breastfeeding Together you understand that your personal information may be passed on for the purpose of resolving disputes.


A non-delivery occurs when a customer places an order but does not receive the item. In this case the Vendor will be responsible for replacing any items purchased from them. The following are examples of non-delivery cases:

  1. There is no proof that the item was dispatched to the customer.
  2. An item was not sent to the address provided.

Returning an Item

Each Vendor has their own returns policy, which is outlined in their shop policies. Not all Vendors accept returns.
